12 wt% Methacrylic Acid.Nucrel® 1214 is an ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer resin available for use in conventional extrusion coating, coextrusion coating, and extrusion laminating equipment designed to process polyethylene resins.Features/Benefits vs. Nucrel® 1207: Higher melt flow index provides easier extrusion, higher extrusion rates, and higher flow during heat sealing. The result is fewer leakers.Typical Applications: Foil-containing shampoo, toothpaste, towelette, condiment and miscellaneous non-food pouches and sachets. Medical/pharmaceutical packaging.
