Description: SKYPET-BR8040 is a low content CHDM modified copolyester resin for large sized-mineral water bottles and extruded sheet. SKYPET-BR8040 has sufficiently low crystallization rate for large sized and refillable bottle of which preform is thicker than normal one. It also provides excellent processability in sheet extruding and thermoforming, especially deep drawing application, and has excellent chemical resistance for cosmetic containers. Applications: Refillable bottles, 5 gallon water container, blister packaging for deep-draw application, heavy gauge sheets. Information provided by SK Chemicals.
